Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate onsite workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Manage equipment and materials inventory.
Address and resolve onsite issues and emergencies.
Communication with homeowner before, during & after each project to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience in supervising construction or roofing projects, history of coordinating multiple vendors and labor crews
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of the team to get project done.
