We recently hired Eric and his team to put a new roof new on. Eric has a great team working with him that did great a job with the installation and cleanup. Erik himself is extremely knowledgeable and will give suggestions but he will never try to sell you anything that you do not need. What I also liked about Eric is he gets back to you right away whether by text or phone which to me is very important. That’s because when you’re honest and deliver as promised you have nothing to hide.

We just had a new roof put on this week on Oct 1, 2019, and during the whole process, Eric was here making sure everything was being done. The roof looks great and we can now look forward to having peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and call him if you need anything done for your roof. One more thing his prices are very user-friendly.

Highly recommend! After a bad rain storm a few weeks back, we noticed some water spots and needed a roofer. Checked the GR pages and Mattsson came highly recommended. We contacted Eric about the issues, we set up an appointment, he came and checked out the issues gave us an estimate and work was done within days. We just had another bad rain storm over the weekend and no water spots. Thank you for your prompt response and for fixing the issues. Starting with a thorough inspection of the existing property and roof, Eric made a comprehensive project plan and provided us with a large number of choices of shingles. He also listened to all our concerns and explained the process from start to finish. He provided addresses of his previous work to help us narrow down our shingle choices and left us without pressure to decide on what we wanted if anything. His estimate was right on expectations and the job was completed as estimated (in 2 days). A project manager was on-site for the entirety of the contract and he was able to assist us with any questions we had. The crew were fastidious and cleanup after job completion was excellent (They used a metal detector to find any dropped nails). I couldn't find fault with any part of the process or work and would unreservedly recommend Mattsson Roofing to anyone who needs a roof repair or full roofing job. Top shelf.

Erik's crew did a great job. We have a very steep roof with 2 dormers. They had to remove 2 shingle layers and an original cedar roof and put plywood down first. Recently purchased a home and before we moved in discovered a leak in the bathroom. I contacted Erik and he was able to come out quickly, assess the roof problems and remedy them quickly.  We were particularly concerned that an upcoming rainstorm was going to cause further damage.  Despite being very busy and with very short notice, Erik was able to temporarily fix the roof until he could come out and provide a permanent fix.  He clearly explained what work was needed and provided detailed photos of before and after.  The roof is now in great condition and I would highly recommend Erik for all your roofing needs!
