In August 2019, we coated a 12,800 sq ft cake factory in Englewood with Gaco Flex white liquid roofing. The factory had been having leaking issues for quite some time, and all the other roofers involved in the bidding process recommended a complete tear off and new roof install (crazy expensive). We recommended a Gaco silicone cement coating application on top of the existing roof, which saved the factory money and guaranteed our workmanship. One of our favorite projects of 2019.
